1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Erica Marasco Coaching, doing business as Vital Woman Reset ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, accessing our content, or participating in our community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other policies referenced herein.

• Guided meditations and audio content
• AI-powered coaching support
• Live Q&A sessions and group coaching calls
• One-on-one coaching sessions (select tiers)
• Private online community access
• Mobile application access

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@vitalwomanreset.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by JAMS in San Diego County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.
