Vital Woman Reset offers a 7-day refund window beginning on the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following must be true:

1. The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
2. No more than Modules 1 and 2 have been accessed or viewed
3. No downloadable materials beyond Modules 1–2 have been downloaded
4. No live coaching sessions, Q&A calls, or 1:1 sessions have been attended or used
5. The request is submitted via the Refund button in your Purchase History (accessible through the website or app)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

The Refund button will only appear if you are within the 7-day window and have accessed no more than Modules 1–2. If the button is not visible, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Payment Plans

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and request cancellation within the 7-day refund window, remaining payments will be canceled upon approval.

After the 7-day window or once Module 3 has been accessed, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of course access and collection action.

No Refunds After 7 Days

Due to the digital nature of this program — which includes intellectual property, recorded lessons, downloadable materials, somatic practices, community access, and AI coaching tools — absolutely no refunds will be granted after the 7-day window or once Module 3 has been accessed.
